Welcome Dewey Read-a-thon participants!!! Are you having fun? I have been! I’m curious about the reading habits of people who would spend 24 hours reading.
So, this is a really simple mini challenge -- complete the survey (approximately 36 questions) at the link below. At the end of the challenge, I will select one participant to win a $25 book gift certificate (Amazon, BN or other if winner can specify). This survey will be open from Hour 10 through Hour 14 of the April 2012 Readathon.
Following the readathon and a little sleep, I will post my survey results. So be sure to check back!

Good survey! I'm new to E-books. I've had my Kobo less than a year. I love it. I love books more, though :p
Great survey! I'm getting more into e-reading, but still have so many paper books to get through as well!
Ann, thank you so much for hosting this lovely challenge. I'll be very interested to see the results on this survey!
That was a lot of fun and interesting... I am just baby stepping into e reader territory now.
Filling this out, I'm glad I kept a reading list for 2011 and 2010. Had to estimate more for 2009, but I think my answers were pretty accurate. Back to my ebook!
Great survery, I can't wait to see the results!
Interesting survey! I would be interested in the final resluts.

Hope you plan to post the results of your survey on your blog. I would be interested in seeing how people's preferences are changing.
Thanks for sponsoring the challenge.
Cool survey! I'm interested in seeing the results!
Thank you for hosting this challenge! I have had my kindle for almost a year. At first I didn't think I would like it as I loved paper books. But now I love my kindle and I haven't purchased a paper book in months. For the read-a-thon all the books I am reading are ebooks.
I did the survey! I'm a part of a library that had Overdrive so that helps my e-reading experience.
I had to do this survey. I have read about 45 books this year to date and only 6 of them was paper. I live in a place without a book store so ebooks are life savers for me.
Interesting to see how much my reading changed from paper to ebooks in the past three years. I wonder if I will read electronically almost 100% in a year or two?
good survey, paper will never go out of style, if pubs. will lower prices than maybe ereaders might get more traction, I love my fire :)
Interesting survey. Happy readathon!
Interesting survey, lol. Made me think about e-readers more. Happy reading!
Good topic for the survey :-)
You didn't specify if we were supposed to post that we did the survey or not so if we are... this is my post.
Interesting survey. Pretty much all of my numbers were extremely vague guesses though, sorry. But I'm happy I got my Kindle a few years ago.
Enjoy the rest of the readathon!
Great survey, thanks for sharing it! Happy reading!
Cool survey. I like being forced to think about my reading habits. It's made me realise that I'm still not using my Kindle that much, in comparison to how often I read physical books.
Thanks for the survey. I'm always happy to share my thoughts!
Great survey, it will be interesting to see the results!
Very interesting survey. I have had my Kindle for a while now I don't actually read as much on it as I should. Very curious to see your results!
I'm interested to see the results of this survey. Thanks!

I would be interested to see results of similar survey at this time next year that covers 2012 as most of my ebook reading in 2011 happened after November 1st and it has exploded since January 1st. More than 20 since December 1st. 8 in March alone! It has been years since I read 8 whole books in one month. So I won't be surprised to discover at the end of this year that the ratio of paper to electronic (ebook and audio combined) will have pushed paper under 50%. 3 years ago I could not have imagined that
Oooh! This was a good survey and a fun challenge. I've been on a e-book roll lately with 19 of 52 books I've read this year have been on my Kindle!
