April 2011 #Readathon: 12am

Posted by Unknown at 9:02 PM

Hmmm…some how I missed by 10pm post…and why is it that when I don’t want to stay up all night reading I do…and now that I want to stay up, I want a nap?

John brought be a cocktail to celebrate the midway point! What a great guy…plus he is working on cooking dinner. Here is the link to the Readathon Dinner (including recipes)

And my Kindle made it 12 hours before having to be recharged (that is with the wireless on the whole time).

Description: Divorce attorney Harper James can't catch a break. Bad enough that she runs into her ex-hubby, Nick, at her sister's destination wedding, but now, by a cruel twist of fate, she's being forced to make a cross-country road trip with him. And her almost-fiancé back at home is not likely to be sympathetic.

Harper can't help that Nick has come blazing back into her life in all of his frustratingly appealing, gorgeous architect glory. But in Nick's eyes, Harper's always been the one. If they can only get it right this time, forever might be waiting—just around the bend.

I just took about a 30 minute nap so I'm hoping to make it until 8 now. Trying to wake myself up and get going again. :)

I know exactly what you mean. I've stayed up late and all night with books so many nights, but now that I want to, I'm having trouble. But I'm feeling a little stubborn. It's like waiting for New Year's Eve when you're a kid. Only... later?

Across the Oceans
We’ve been brought together

Let’s hear it for the readers!

You're doing great, keep it up!
